Hi, I'm Heather! I live in New Jersey, with my dog, 5 ducks, and 5 chickens. I began raising chickens in 2020, when life slowed down and reminded us to appreciate the simple things. Raising chickens quickly became a passion of mine, and I’m here to share everything I’ve learned along the way.
From building the perfect chicken coop to brooding your first chicks (and everything in between), I’m excited to offer tips, tricks, and a bit of humor to make your own chicken-raising journey a fun and successful one.
